Hotel de Kievit is a basic hotel in Texel's northern polder area. The hotel is centrally located in relation to the beach, the mudflats, the nature area of De Slufter, and various centres where you can pursue activities such as parachute jumping, catamaran sailing, canoeing or golf.
As well as various room types, the hotel has dormitories for 4 to 6 persons. The communal lounge, with a Sixties interior, is where you'll find the restaurant and the bar. The hotel is able to arrange bike or car hire, and furthermore offers a sports field and an outdoor terrace.

A continental breakfast buffet is available in the dining room from 07:30 until 10:00. From 13:00 onwards, a selection of sandwiches and soups are served in the restaurant. Attractively priced evening meals are available from 18:00. Tip: the daily special is a great low-priced option.

Hotel de Kievit is situated just outside of the village of De Cocksdorp, in Northern Texel; a quiet, typically Dutch polder landscape where you can relax. A pleasant bike ride will lead you to the mudflats, the sea dyke, or one of the neighbouring villages. Texel has a varied landscape: from beaches to dunes, from polders to heathlands. All part of the scenic beauty the island of Texel has to offer.
