- Internet didn't work in room - staff offered to move me but I was already settled in

- Very friendly staff. Excellent location very close to the city centre. Very quiet.
- Internet connection was very unreliable. Staff moved our room on arrival becauue the wired internet would not work. Even in second room the connection was unreliable and very slow.
