“4 star price for 3 star service”
- the bed, the location, Delft, nearby restaurants, the train service from Schiphol
- Other than the bed the room wasn t comfortable, especially for the price. The bells and noise from the square below. The room wasn t maintained well, the sun shower (as they boasted in the notes) didn t work, the window didn t close properly, they didn t offer a checkout extension on a Sunday. The bathroom door didn t close (not a nice feature). Many petty things but they add up.

- very charming hotel with spatious and unusual room style very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, good location near city centre in a small, charming square, good price.
- no possibility to prepare a coup of tea or coffie. (for example Early morning tea before the restaurant oppens or afternoon tea in the room after a long city wandering day. The fridge on the 2nd floor should only be opened with a code, our beer kept there has been stolen...

“Lots of character and close to the centre”
- A small hotel full of individual character and only a few steps away from the main square. Friendly staff and a pleasant reception area with huge windows which doubles as a coffee bar and breakfast room and is a good place to sit and read your guidebook. Excellent fish restaurant just yards away.
- My room didn't have a lot of wardrobe space if you were staying for any length of time which I wasn't: perhaps I have too many clothes...

- Lovely building and wonderful location. Worth getting one of the themed rooms - they're great fun and have wonderful baths

- only one - THE BREAKFATS (breakfast is good but a bit overprized, needs some vartiations also, day by day same menu is a little boring for me, and local menu should be included)

- As a frequent traveller, I can say that this hotel deserves more than the 3 starts it has. Great service. Very wide rooms. The bad was wonderful (who would think you'll get a electronically adjusted bed?!). Very good central location.
- The breakfast could be better. Cold eggs and very limited selection of non-cheese options. But that's just me... For the Dutch people, that's what they expect

“A hook for more comfort”
- Very nice help concerning my late arrival!
- It sounds a bit crazy but I missed a hook for my jacket in the room and a hook for the small towl in the bathroom... Both would be easy to install.
