Situated on the beach of Kijkduin, NH Atlantic Den Haag has the qualities of a true 4-star hotel. This is reflected in the hotel's excellent personal service and the many extras it offers. You can also make free use of the sauna, (open weekdays from 07:00 until 22:00) and the Turkish steam bath. In short: the perfect place for rest and relaxation.

A breakfast buffet is served daily from 07:00 until 10:00, on Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 until 12:00 with a selection of oven-fresh rolls and a variety of sandwich fillings. Restaurant Gusto has a lovely outdoor terrace. It is the perfect place for an elaborate dinner, a quick business lunch, or a tropical cocktail. The restaurant is open from 17:30 until 22:00. The lively Sabor bar - open from 09:00 until 00:30 - is a lovely setting for a cup of coffee, a nice drink, or a good glass of wine whilst taking in the amazing seaview.

De ligging De vriendelijkheid van het personeel
De kamer was niet 100 kraak net en de Netheid in de lift was ook niet 100 . Het was wel vrij druk in het weekend dus misschien lag het daaraan maar als alles 100 netjes en proper was dan kreeg dit hotel van mij een 10 op 10 .

“Good hotel so close to the beach.”

The special offer was great. The room was nice butva little outdated. Great shower and super breakfast.
There were no bath robes in the room. Had to ask and then was told to pay for it. I had to prove that the robes were included. When trying to relax in the sauna and to go for a swimm, kids were getting swimming lessons. This is not what you would expect in a hotel.

“3 times staff were requested to do something nothing was done or wrong”

it has a good location
staff took my mobile to inform me when room was ready - no call received. requested my freezer blocks be put into freezer - apologises the next morning as they were put into a fridge. I threw my mackeral paling and crab pate away when i got home had to return to reception as the get out of car park was a problem even though i had paid for it. With major hotels when facilities are not available (i know u had a fire it was explained to me in the hotel - your e-mail was in Dutch)other incentive

Lack of real coffee in room and or lobby. Suggest to install Keurig type coffee makers in the rooms.

“Mooie locatie, vergeet het zwemmen/stoombad”

Heerlijke bedden
Helaas is het zwembad regelmatig niet beschikbaar voor hotelgasten omdat het wordt verhuurd aan een zwemschool. Zwembad/stoombad kan schoner, frisser, beter onderhouden.

Reception people are very good and polite, room was good
Breakfast room is too busy even we left it to come down to have our breakfast at 9.45am, we find lot of things was run out and it seems no one bother to check, tables were left dirty as well so it was limited tables you could sit, the other thing is room television it is like living in 70's why hotel can not update to flat nice television's, it is small and screen is has black sides that make it more small and quilty picture is not good at all

“WIFI/SWIMMINGPOOL/LOCATION”

fantastic location right at the beautiful beach. Swimming POOL
Very negativ is that WIFI is avaible and free ONLY at lobby. It seems like NH Atlantic has not noticed that this normal service att other places, by exemple the simply beachrestaurants. We booked 5 nights and we could use the swimmingpool only 4 mornings. Saturday morning the swimmingpool was occupied by swimming school. I think th best for NH is tho leav the mornings to the quest, whatever day. !!!!! You cannot advertise for swimmingpool if it is occupied.
