“Nice place but construction outsid and noisy bar next door”
- The proximity to sights and the general comfort of the room was good.
- Huge construction project tearing up the entire street in front of the hotel makes it too noisy to pen the windows during the day. A noisy bar next door with live music on weekend nights makes it hard to go to sleep before 1am.

- The personnel was the most warm and helpful i have ever met!They are like family and make you feel like one too!! Shared facilities were very clean-didnt feel like sharing with anyone!!!!!

- Excellent breakfast. The owner and front-desk staff are outstanding -- helpful, friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable. The cleaning crew are pleasant and very thorough. Great location, and many interesting restaurants near-by.
- There are only very, very minor criticisms. 1, The breakfast starts at 7:30 -- earlier would be more useful. 2, The soundproofing on the street-side is not particularly good; altho the street has little traffic, there are two bars near the hotel and so there is a bit of rowdy noise until late. 3, A local area map would certainly help -- perhaps one could be mounted in the lobby area?? The local streets are not all on a grid plan, some of them meander, so directions are always difficult if on

- 1. Provision for soap and shampoo dish in douche area instead of laying these on the shower floor. 2. Availability of disposable slippers for guest/s would be added bonus.

- I stayed in a budget single room which was very clean, huge tv and boutique Hostel in a good way with shared toilet and shower. Excellent - Greatt location for chilled restaurants centre of City and only 10 mins drive from beach resort.

- The professionalism of all the staff and their helpfulness was exceptional. It's located just beside a tram line and only a few stops to Station Centraale.

“Veru pleasant stay at the Hague”
- Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. And the bar beside the hotel is also nice. The room was clean.
- I stayed at a single room with shared bathroom. I don't know how the rest of hotel is, but this part has a really steep staircase. So thank god I'm healthy ang my luggage wasn't very heavy. The room is also small, but for me had the exact size I needed.

- our apartment was very old, the shower did not work properly (however, the staff contacted a plumper who fixed it) the dishes were not clean the furniture of the apartment was a little bit strange (there was a kitchen but hardly any possibility or a proper table to eat) beds were not confortable we found curly hair in the bathroom
