Hotel Maurits Den Haag is located close to numerous shops of the Frederik Hendriklaan, the beach and the World Forum Convention Centre.
The Hague city centre and central railway station are easy to reach by public transport from Hotel Maurits. The beach at Scheveningen is perfect for enjoying a lengthy walk before stopping at one of the cosy restaurants along the promenade.
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 until 10:00. A select menu is available until 18:00 in the restaurant and lounge, where you'll find a reading table with a selection of newspapers and magazines. Scheveningen is highly recommended for a great night out. The area surrounding the promenade has plenty of nice bars, restaurants and even a casino.
Hotel Maurits is a perfect starting point for exploring The Hague. Enjoy a walk to Scheveningen's harbour, promenade and beach. The World Forum Convention Centre is easy to reach, and where musicals and conventions are held. The Fotomuseum, Gemeentemuseum and the Museon are also nearby; all located around the WFC.

“Had a great stay here, I would definately stay here again.”
- -Comfy beds. -Nice staff and great service. -Very good breakfast buffet. -Fast internet -The room apartment was much larger than expected and rather cosy.
- It s only a minor remark The apartment looked a bit dated, but it actually added to the charm of the whole room.

- Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good facilities for storage of child stroller. Spacious room.
- We travelled with 2x kids whereof one is 2 years old. So to stay on the top floor was less attractive. Bathroom facilities could have been set up differently. TV channels didn't work that well and would have liked to have an additional tv by the other bed.

“A warm welcome at a lovely hotel.”
- Was made welcome at the hotel even after checking in late due to flight delays. From what I had read about the hotel, the room met all expectations and met my needs exactly. A lovely hotel.
- Given the weather at the moment & the low temperatures, I would suggest turning the heating on earlier (around 16.00) so that the rooms in the late afternoon / early evenings are warmer. I would also suggest turning heating off earlier (23.00) as the room got very hot in the night. This may be more energy efficient too.

“Great Hotel And Will Definitely Come Again.”
- Stayed at this hotel last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great rooms with coffee maker and kitchenette. Good breakfast, friendly staff and free parking ( important in the city ). Will definitely stay here again if prices remain reasonable and recommend it to my friends.
- Just one. Shower water was warm, not hot. Which can be coolish during the winter months.
