- Comfortable bed and bathroom, clean and quiet,good breakfast.
- Clearly not a four star hotel. It was good but lacks essential services of a four star hotel - for example a business center with a computer available for guests and rooms are equipped with dated non flat screen and small tvs - again not so,ething one would expect from a star hotel. While the room was comfortable and fine for the night, I felt mislead by the rating.

- Good breakfast, nice lobby bar, close to tramline into city centre, located in residential area with several local restaurants.
- Dirty carpets and very tired decor, noise from passing tramway.

- Breakfast was very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean (shower great). Liked kettle and tea for pre morning drink. Had a great time!
- Something was always forgotten after room was cleaned (only one out of 2 mugs left, no spoon, forgot body lotion...).
