Landhotel Diever is established in a beautiful historical building dating from 1861, which has now been converted into a chic, rustic hotel comprising various architectural styles. The hostesses enjoy welcoming guests wishing to make the most of Drenthe's charming countryside and hospitality. The hotel offers bike hire and a bike shed. The friendly staff will also be happy to provide guests with information about walking and cycling routes. Are you looking to completely unwind? Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the summer, and between 08:30 and 10:00 in the winter. Alternative times are possible subject to agreement. The bar and sun room, where you can enjoy coffee and cake, lunch, or drinks and a snack, are open between 11:00 and 22:00. The outdoor terrace is open during nice weather. A packed lunch is available to order for day trips (at an additional charge). The restaurant is open for dinner from 17:30 until 22:30. The kitchen is open until at least 20:00, and offers a changing menu with fresh, daily produce inspired by international cuisine. The restaurant has limited weekday opening times in the winter months.

A stay at Landhotel Diever is a wonderful experience, in every season. The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful vast woods of the Drents Friese Woud, and within walking distance you will encounter the Hunebed (Megalithic Tomb) of Diever. A visit to the Duinen Zathe theme park in Appelscha, with its giant slides and great rides is a nice trip out for the children.

The hotel has a pleasant bar, a TV lounge, and a good library. Subject to agreement, it is possible to play various games that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Enjoy warm weather on the outdoor terrace or seek shelter in the sun room and marvel at the panoramic view.

- Please note: Satellite navigation and journey planners will direct you through the sandy path, which is difficult to access in bad weather. If you use a navigation system, turn it off when you come to the town of Diever, and follow the signs to the hotel.
