Room and lobby were exellent quality and worth the price. The checkout clerk was authorized to override an unexplained, but inflated bill.

Beautiful hotel that had captured a vibrant atmosphere. Spacious family room with a bubble bath. Very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The best breakfast we have had in an hotel. After visiting 7 countries and stayed in several different hotels this was our favorite one.

Beautiful, trendy design hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was excellent! Large rooms with balcony with a very nice bathroom. Outside the hotel you can sit on the terrace in the sun or shade to enjoy a drink or a meal.

As you can see Hotel Duiven scored high because it was excellent. The parking, the reception, the restaurant, the room and service were super. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel especially the bathroom with the whirlpool.

hele grote kamers met prima voorzieningen, prettig hotel, voelt zeer luxe aan, heerlijke spa op de 14e verdieping - echte aanrader. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, meer dan voldoende keuze
het beddengoed wat gebruikt wordt kan niet goed worden ingestopt en daardoor bij de eerste draai in bed lig je op de matrasbeschermer. Tussen de matrassen was niet goed schoongemaakt. Dit werd duidelijk doordat we het beddengoed goed wilde instoppen en een condoomverpakking aantroffen tussen de matrassen

Very big room with lots of facilities in hotel - pool and wellness centre. great food in restaurant.
no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you had to go to the wellness centre on the 14th floor if you wanted anything.

Very elegant hotel.
In the FInland we have used to that in the sauna yuou can throw water to the stove. Now there comes water only few drops.

Great sized rooms - well appointed, very spacious and clean.
Good views from our room.

Very helpful with regard to supplying an extra bed.
Shared balcony - bit of a security risk.
Shower rose far too high.
Breakfast not included in price. Restaurant prices quite high.
Lifts need to be larger for that size of hotel.

Friendly staff, good service, bathroom was fantastic, very clean, the hotel is quite new, comfortable bed, good quality feel about the hotel in general. Gym and pool on the top floor which was good to use.
The fitness room is small, but hey, maybe you don't need the gym... :) Small but still good quality equipment in perfect condition. Not really a minus point...and there's a pool which is very nice to.

Excellent in almost every respect.
Huge well equipped room with a luxury bathroom.
No free internet.
Ran out of our requested dish in the restaurant.
Orange wallpaper & carpet in the room is a little hard on the eyes.
