Location is good. Staffs are friendly.

You can feel that the room itself is quite old. We had to change room for weird smelling bathroom.

It was an amazone experience. Great room, perfect big bed, dream bathroom, lovely view, professional staff, very good breakfast. It has all the advantages of a big hotel combined with design and coziness of a boutique hotel. We are certainly going to visit this hotel again.

The headlights which would have made it possible to work didn t work. The light in the room cozy but but bright enough.

Great hotel staff and room.

Huge jacuzzi for two two people in the room. With atmosphere lighting. Slippers bath robe and soaps provided. Room service was fast. The room was extremely clean. Overall very happy with our stay.

The only minus was the shower would leak water on the floor. Now we didn t see this as a huge problem as we laid a towel down, but if you don t expect the water there then you could easily slip on the tiled floor. The small bath mat wasn t enough. Other than that everything else was great.

“My tip: Before going up to your room ask for a couple extra coffee creamers as we only had two between us for four coffees which wasn t enough. The staff are happy to help and even brought them to our room. ”

Beautiful Hotel

The staff were very polite and professional, the hotel areas were beautifully designed and maintained and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location was most convenient and the view from our room was very pleasant too. The breakfast buffet and breakfast area were both sublime and we also enjoyed a very tasty cocktail at the bar one evening.

The bed and pillows could have been a little more comfortable.

Zeer mooi hotel, perfecte ligging, goede ontspanning, leuke jacuzzi Niks op aan te merken. Het ontbijt was ook de moeite

Jammer dat de parking nog eens bij betaald moest worden, 15 voor een nacht en nog eens 7,5 voor de dag erna

Beautiful Hotel at a great price

Large Room, Great Location

No complimentary water or even a mini bar in the room, I had to go find the vending machine which is out view between the 2 parts of the hotel. Another small point is there was no table service at breakfast for tea s or coffee no one to tell me that I could order omelettes which I seen other guests eating. At that point it was too late as I had already had my breakfast.

“My tip: Hotel is located right beside the train station so if you are flying in from Europe or Internationally shop around for flights as train service is excellent.”

Really nice room and great service

The staff was very friendly, and our room was amazing and looked really nice and really clean. I really liked that that we had a tv by the bed and by the jacuzzi The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also really nice and there was lots to choose from. The location was also perfect, so close to the centre of Eindhoven with loads of shops, restaurants and bars.

The parking was full, so we had to park somewhere else which was quite expensive and the minibar was also expensive, but we just bought our own food and drink. Our view was a building site, but we could also see the PSV stadion from our room which was nice.

they let me have early checkin and late check out (for an extra fee) very nice hotel, and good value for money. large rooms.

stayed in te old building, not as nice as new building. long maze like walk to my room. no bathtub in room (last time i stayed, in the new building there was the nicest bath tub ever!) took ages to wait for the lift to my floor!

Quirky and stylish.

Room was large and very stylish, beds comfortable, staff courteous and helpful. We arrived at 10am and were able to check into our room which was a pleasant surprise. The building itself is quirky due to it's former use by Philips but that was part of the charm, though you can work up an appetite walking from reception to your room!

Only criticism would be the cost of breakfast which may be ok for businessmen on expenses but we thought 21 euros was a lot to pay as visitors during Dutch Design week. I think they probably lose some business to the restaurant just a few metres away where we got two substantial breakfasts for the cost of one in the hotel.

Excellent choice for your stay in Eindhoven

This hotel was everything the website promised and more. It is incredibly stylishb and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had no problem at all checking in at 3:30 in the morning. They also answered an email question I had in less than 24 hours.

I can think of no minus points except maybe that it would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price.

Rejuvenating stay in a gorgeous hotel. Could be more eco-friendly.

This is a gorgeous hotel, especially for their opening special price. Beautiful view of Eindhoven from the hallways (which have big glass windows), the bath is huge, and I loved the creative but simple fit out. Quiet (though this was possibly because it wasn't full) and the curtains keep out the light in the morning so it's easy to sleep in (if you want to!).

Check that you don't have two single beds pushed together (if you're hoping for a double) and note that breakfast is not included in the price even if they say, "Breakfast is served at 7am" when you check-in. I would love to see them improve their environmental credentials - no encouragement to re-use towels and they would have changed the sheets each day if I'd let them!

Mooi hotel met ruime uniek ingerichte kamers centraal gelegen

Wij hadden op onze kamer een probleem met het sanitair (kraan zat los). Dit werd keurig opgelost en vervolgens werd ons voor het ongemak een upgrade naar de suite aangeboden. Er goede service dus. Geweldig mooie kamers met unieke designs

Nice classic hotel in classic town- Eindhoven

The room was a very good sized bedroom, with all the ammenities that you ought to find in a 4 star hotel, the location was superb and the customer service assistants were friendly and very helpfull. they were considerate tothe none Dutch and commuication was okay

The double bed wasn't for a 4 star !!! Its not worth the money paid for two single beds added togather with a big gab in the middle, the duvets were also single and although i had informed them that we two people, they couldn't provide any bigger duvets, .. so had my feet left out......at night.....!!!!! And even the single duvet not suitable for a couple as everyone literally sleeps on one end...! Need for a change !
