- Good location
- No hotel service. It is not a hotel, it is a house which the owner is renting the rooms so there is no fridge or heating (it was not working) in the room

- The house is situated in a really nice street with lots of beautiful houses, it s a quiet place and it s pretty near from the centre of the town and the central station so you can easily reach the shops with a five-minutes walk. The owner of the house is truly friendly so you have all the elements to have a nice stay in that town

“Would not stay here again ”
- Lovely clean room in a good location.
- When I arrived the host was not there and I was just let into the house by the painter and decorator and had to find my own room. Also did not receive breakfast and the owner was quite Rude.

- Very comfortable room with luxurious shower and friendly, welcoming atmosphere - host makes you feel at home. The bonus of some convivial conversation made for a very enjoyable stay. A welcome change from chain hotels!

- Location is good, near Central Station ( 10 min walk ) or Centrum. No noise, just birds singing and owner who playing piano or quitar. Coffee was good and free. Mr. Jos is excellent host. The shower from Dante room was very special.
- Check in hour is very bad for somebody who cames in town in a morning.

“The relaxing Sycamore”
- The owner was very friendly and helpful and the room was exactly what I hoped it would be. It was very easy to get into the city centre from there and there is a bus stop almost right outside that goes to the station. I really enjoyed my stay. Comfortable and quiet, with absolutely no fuss. Great.

“wonderful stay in a beautiful house”
- very pleasant house surrounded of a beautiful park with enough free parking place nearby. However, the most impressive was the owner of the house- very interesting, friendly, helpful and talkative
- it was quite difficult to guess that this house is a hotel, because of lack of any sign or advertisment in front of it. We had to ask the neighbour for help, but she also didn't know that this house was "Bed and Breakfast'

- Nothing especial, we stayed on the Carfagna Room with a private toilet but someone use it without permission because there is no lock from outside.
