- We could not find any Thing minus, all plus Points and a great plus for all the Staff

“Bad experience”
- Well located at the highway, easy to find like all other Valk hotels.
- Hygiene products for only one person. We were two. Towels were hard as a rock. No refrigerator. Menue card in the restaurant was not convincing. We had better experiences in other Valk hotels.

- Coming from direction Tilburg the entrance route to this hotel is extremely difficult to discover. The route to the hotel parking is poorly indicated. We entered via the casino, in our opinion a visit to hell.

“Heerlijk geslapen, maar...”
- Rooms and beds were great, which is the first priority for us. However heat in the bathroom floor would be appreciated.
- The girls at the reception are not service minded, they disrupted my questions and gave 'automated' and brief answers e.g. about free access to internet, which resulted in that we had to pay for the connection to KPN. It was our first stay so we were very new to the hotel, restaurant etc. We were greatly missing the possibility to have a small breakfast in the restaurant as we do not fancy the buffets.

- only thing bad was that the room had no air conditioning. we sweat the whole night. nor even a air blower.

- Very convenient, easy to find. Excellent food in al a carte restaurant. Pleasant staff
- Room on 1st floor very noisy. Constant machine hum out side and moving of bins/trollies at 3-4 o'clock in the morning disturbing.

“Nice hotel but antiquated plumbing”
- Breakfast and bar area very nice and relaxing.
- Shapoo and shower gels were not renewed after first night and the shower was impossible to get the correct temperature, which for my wife somewhat spoilt the trip as firstly we came on our flight with hand luggage only and she scalded herself in the shower cubicle
