Hotel Moulin de Boiron is established in a stately country house on grounds measuring no less than 76 acres in the Bois Roissau, just outside the village of Gedinne. The menu changes with each season. It is possible to dine in the restaurant from 18:30 until 21:00. Advance reservations are recommended.Admire the wine cellar's historic features, which date back to the time when the hotel used to function as a mill; including its foundations from 1828. Wine tasting and regional tasting packages can also be organised here.
