The restaurant is open on Monday to Saturday from 12:00 until 14:30, and in the evenings from 18:30 until 22:30. The restaurant is closed on Sunday. Lovers of Belgian beers or other beverages can visit the Van Artevelde bar; open on Monday to Thursday from 11:00 until 01:00, on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 01:00, and on Sunday from 16:00 until 00:00.

- A traffic plan has come into effect to improve the traffic flow in the city. The hotel is located in the **Portus Ganda** district. This district can be accessed via the following access roads from the R40 ring road: Kasteellaan, Brusselsepoortstraat, Sint-Lievenpoortstraat and B401 (motorway exit).

- During Ghent Festival, this year from the 19th of July till the 28th of July, our hotel parking is only accessible between 6 AM and 6.30 PM. After this time, no cars will be able to pass the police controls at the entrance of the festival zone.

- As of 1 January 2020, the centre of Ghent will become a low emission zone. Because the hotel is located in the centre, this will affect all guests wishing to reach the hotel by car. Every guest has to register his or her car in advance via a link, to be requested at the hotel. This also applies for brand new cars. If this is not done, a fine of €150 may occur.
