- very good location for those traveling by car in business trip, free parking, quiet place despite the location close to the motorway, nice service.Spartan decor, but everything you need is close at hand.
- very cold in room, however it was 15 December, and outside temperature was balanced between plus 5 and 10 degrees (leaky doors ) Noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom. Terrible quality TV remote

- The hotel offers bikes for rent and the people from the reception was nice
- They charge 50 euros from my credit card without my consent as a security deposit. They should have asked before doing that. The bathroon has a pis smell sometimes, the pillow not very confortable.

“Great place for the right price”
- NIce quiet room (309) with a view of the little canal. Service and hospitality was excellent. I really appreciated all the travel suggestions from the staff. Wireless connection worked easily. Central location to Archeon, Den Haag, Utrecht, and of course, Gouda is very handy. Hotel location is best for motorway travel, NOT train. Child stayed in room at no extra charge (we brought a travel cot for her) and had free breakfast. :) Immaculate room condition. It was clean, everything was new & bright. It was a wonderful place to stay while on a strict budget.
- The only important negative rating: The Beds were much too hard or 'firm'. They were made with only a thin sheet to cover the mattress and would creep off through the night. Due to the hard mattress, my husband's back ached horribly by the end of our 3 night stay. I used the comforter as a feather bed padding and it was barely tolerable. It is our only complaint. The other minus is mild and more of a Hmmm, than a legitimate complaint re: the daily cleaning of the rooms. Each time, ALL used towels, including those that were hanging, were replaced as were the plastic cups used/opened in the bathroom. Considering there were signs asking to reduce excess water wastage posted, this constant & needless replacement made things a bit awkward.
