Suite 30 is located in the Moesstraat near the Noorderplantsoen, where the annual Noorderzon festival takes place each August. Loft 6 is situated in the Stationsstraat near the Groninger Museum. The cosy workers' cottage of Loge 10 on the Walstraat is conveniently located in relation to the UMCG and the Stadsschouwburg theatre. The holiday home Stay 19 lies in the Pluimerstraat close to the casino. All accommodations come with the possibility of parking, and breakfast upon reservation.

All four apartments are located within walking distance of the centre with its many nice restaurants and bars. A breakfast hamper is available on request at an additional charge.
