- Hotel without parking. They adviced us where is possible to park out of residential zone. It was 10 minutes from the hotel by walk.

- The location is absolutely perfect. Next to the beautiful Cathedral, the river, and close to the station.
- When we arrived, our shower was running. We were in a hurry to meet friends for dinner, so asked that they look into what the problem was while we were out. Four hours later when we returned (tired), they hadn t done anything and the room smelled horribly of water. After 20 minutes they finally moved us to the Honeymoon sweet, which was great But to our dismay, the shower in that room had a broken door and the water ran inconsistently and with a very low pressure. - location is great
- we asked for a "quiet room" - got one at the backside of the hotel - where every night we listened to the shouting and celebrating of folks drinking the night away - it disturbed our sleep -no parking - parking garage 35Euro/day! -the mattresses in room 124 should be changed soon, not comfortable anymore

“Good quality accommodation in a great location”
- Great location easy to get to by train, bus or taxi. Friendly staff. Clean room and very clean bathroom. Rates quite reasonable for peak season.
- Rooms 302 and 303 had bad smells that could not be eliminated. Pillows are square and not rectangular and sit up too high. They are also too hard. Prefer rectangular softer feather or foam pillows.

- Excellent location. Lovely room.
- Really annoying hotel door alarm. They should eliminate that! And provide real ice buckets to each room for goodness sake. Odd full, clear glass shower which made me a little uncomfortable.
