- No room suitable foor invalids without notice on website or personal contact in spite of special request for such a room. They use a normal room with carpet on the floor ( ) and add a chair in the shower and attach bars on the wall of shower and toilet wall. After the update of the building things will improve.

- I had trouble navigating frhe website and wantdd breakfast as an option. I accidentally booked a breakfast package. I didn t eat breakfast once in 8 days and asked for some kind of refund and none was offered.

- The family room we stayed in was enormous The children loved the bunks and having their own tv. The room was extremely comfortable and we all slept very well.
- Unfortunately our room wasn t ready when we arrived, 2 hours after our check in time but the receptionist did give us a voucher for a free drink each and it was ready after about half an hour.

“I always love to stay at my favorite hotel”
- Cleanliness, service, room, breakfast and price. Everything about the hotel is positive the friendliness of the people at the hotel, the staff and those who work in the restaurant as well. When I had my family over at the restaurant, their children were able to play in a separate playroom for kids adjoining the restaurant, definitely a plus also
- The smoking area is a definite negative. When people smoke in the designated area, when they open the entrance to go in and out, some smoke escapes into the lobby area where you can easily smell the smoke which is an irritant.
