“Quiet place to stay with a Chinese restaurant at the back”
- - an easy access few step walking distance Chinese restaurant with delicious meal. - WiFi works well - easy parking - good breakfast but with same choice everyday - friendly staff
- We stay at 2nd floor, no Lift - breakfast is good but not a slight changes, 3 continue days with same choice a bit boring. - doesn t have a working corner to do some printing or usage of internet - the Bedroom only have a working table (for 2 person, then another one can only sit by the site chair and small table, can t do paper work so well. - only one type of tea bags, doesn t not have Pure green tea.

- - Fantastisch personeel (wisten precies wat ze moesten doen en alles was perfect geregeld niks teveel gevraagd) - Heerlijk eten - Het eten zat bij ons inbegrepen in arrangement, waardoor we voor heel weinig geld overnachting, ontbijt en diner (3-gangen ) hadden - We kregen OV-kaartjes waarmee we gratis konden reizen door heel Friesland (treinstation zat op 5 minuten loopafstand, bushalte vlak voor het hotel)

- Close to Leeuwarden. Reasonable value
- I am surprised you have not been sued . In the US or Canada you would be throwing yourself wide open for some. I am referring to the different floor levels in your h always and between the living portion and the bathrooms in your rooms. They are an invitation for a fall even though the hallway is lighted. Your Man painted on the room doors and the large numbers looks garish not reflecting the van der Valk image.. They just do not meet your image when compared to your other hotels. . Similarl

“Landelijk en rustig gelegen hotel met goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding”
- Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Flexibele nachtportier. Officieel na 24:00 hotel dicht. Nachtportier had na telefoontje geen moeite met nog even wachten i.t.t. eerdere melding van personeel aan de receptie
- Kamer was volgens kaartje niet roken maar sigarettenlucht was nog heel duidelijk aanwezig.

“Excellent choice for travel or business”
- Only 10 minutes by train from Leeuwarden Centraal, this hotel is located in a relatively quiet town east of Leeuwarden. Much more value for money, spacey and comfortable rooms. Often have rooms available when the usual downtown pigsties are fully booked. Good restaurant, free parking and even free newspaper (dutch).
- No mosquito net, although the double curtains help keeping them out most of the time that\'s no comfort when they\'re already inside...
