The 3-star Babylon Hotel is a pleasant, cosy and modern hotel in Heerhugowaard. In spite of the nearby exit roads, the hotel enjoys a peaceful location near numerous places worth visiting as well as beautiful countryside. Amsterdam, Alkmaar and the top of North Holland also lie within easy reach.

Breakfast is served in the atmospheric Grand Café restaurant; on weekdays from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 08:30 until 11:00. You can choose something tasty to eat for lunch and dinner. The excellent menu features many local, organic ingredients, and it's a treat to see the chefs preparing your dish with passion in the open kitchen while you relax with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen is open from 07:00 until 22:30, and food is also served outside during nice weather. Drinks can be ordered either inside or on the sun terrace. The bar in the Grand Café is open until midnight on Sunday through Thursday, and until 01:00 on Friday and Saturday. Babylon is also thé place for birthdays, weddings and business events; there's even a roof terrace!

Within a 10-minute drive of Hotel Babylon Heerhugowaard you'll find the beach and the beautiful historic city of Alkmaar with its world-famous cheese market and plenty of shops.
