“Central location, quiet and good price/comfort proportion.”
  • There is WLAN! It was quiet - no street noise. Close to railway station.
  • No elevator, even if my room was only on second floor, it was a bit inconvenient. At my age I can still carry the 15-20 kg up, but it would be nice to have help.

“Good base for visiting Helmond”
  • Nice city-centre hotel offering good-value accomodation and a friendly atmosphere

7.2

Ian
“Not full of praise, but I keep returning.”
  • Convenience. Excellent bar/restaurant.
  • No parking. Small, but clean, rooms. Don't use one of their singles! Rooms always cold when you arrive, but heating soon works. Gloomy lighting in rooms.

Roderick Boekdrukker
“Decent hotel, room was not comfortable”
  • Nice brasserie with a terrace
  • Typical cheap hotel room, there were two single beds plonked in the middle of the room, not even against the wall. Was more like sleeping in a camp cot

“Pleasant Hotel in the Centre of Helmond”
  • Traditional and friendly service, family run. Nice restaurant and bar. Comfortable beds.
  • Room was a bit unwelcoming, with no heating on pre-arrival and generally remained cold factors which could easily be corrected.

“too expensive for what it is”
  • located very central, thats nice.
  • too expensive for what it is, quiet old and small rooms, very small bathroom, you can not turn inside... but clean.

“Heerlijk ontbijt in een stad die aan de gang is”
  • Goede ontbijt, lekker met versgepersde jus d\'orange en goede koffie. Centraal in Helmond.
  • De prijs vond ik een beetje te hoog

“”
  • Very pleasant service and a nice (though small) room. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor. For my purposes, an outstanding location--close to a conference I was attending, and just a short walk from the train station. The location in Helmond\'s \"walking mall\" (that\'s what we call open-air districts closed to auto traffic) was of interest as well.
  • No lift to the second floor. I didn\'t mind, but it could be a problem for some (though the stairs were by no means steep or narrow like some small hotels.
