- I love Westende. I have frequently stayed and always recommend tit to friends and colleagues who will be in the area. The staff is professional and helpful. The food is excellent. The rooms are quite comfortable unless you get one of the min rooms!!!
- This is the first trip in 2 1/2 years where I have received less than excellent service. We had reservations for 7:00 and showed up early. We were seated and told that there was no problem. Our drinks, salad and soup all came at the appropriate time. We waited for our main course for 45 minutes. A couple who were late for their reservation were served prior to us along with another couple who came after us. I eventually cancelled my main course but my colleague kept her order in. What she

“Pleasant and cozy weekend at hotel Westend, Helmond”
- We feel that our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was furnished in a comfortable and nice way. The whole stay was a possitive experience for us.
- The lighting in the room we had, wasn't really sufficient for reading in the evening and in bed. That was a pity. A mini bar in the room would also have been appreciated. The extra charge for parking of € 12,50 pr night was a negative suprise. Perhaps it should have been in the price for the room?

“A Wonderful Lasting Impression of Helmond”
- Staying on the top floor provides the opportunity to stay in a really uniquely designed room with a great view of the surroundings. The restaurant was fabulous and even though we arrived very late, the service was cheerful and attentive all night.
- The really uniquely designed rooms are not very ergonomical. Since there is no phone near the bed, one has to go downstairs in the dark to answer the wake-up call in the morning, for example.
