Vriendelijk personeel.Heerlijke bedden.Goed ontbijt.Ook vegan producten. Koffie/thee/water op kamer
Ik had een kamer zonder airco. Er was wel een ventilator. Maar iets aan de kleine kant.

Good location, close to the railway station. Nice and helpful staff.
The room was to hot and there was no thermostat to adjust the heat.

Hello and WOW,I loved every minute of staying at your superb hotel. The location was great,the rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. Your staff was more than helpful and then there was the exceptionally tasteful breakfast that greeted us in the morning,this was absolutely great. The choice and quality of the food was first class. “Perfect location for the theatre”

Good price perfect location. Car park ( 9.90) directly opposite.
Dark carpets furniture made it feel unclean (although I it wasn t). Just a bad choice of colours.

Very relaxed and high quality service.
No free parking and maid forgot to leave us fresh towels for the next day.

All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful
I went to bed without thinking about adjusting the temperature in the room and woke up too hot, while the bathroom was a little cold. This is a very minor criticism as temperatures are easily adjustable.

“Clean, well located, good quality price ratio”

This hotel has spacious rooms that are clean and modern. The hotel is only a block away form Hengelo s central station.
Although the central station is very close to the hotel, it is difficult to reach it the first time if there is no one to ask when you arrive at the train station. It would be good to have a better map on the hotel s webpage.
