Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 until 10:30, and at weekends from 08:30 until 11:00. The hotel has a private bar and a restaurant. The bar is open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 onwards. The restaurant, run by Patron Cuisinier Lars van Galen, serves contemporary dishes prepared with local, regional produce, and has been in possession of a Michelin star since 2013. You can make use of the exclusive private dining rooms as well as the main restaurant. The restaurant is open for lunch on weekdays from 12:00 until 14:30, and on Sunday from 12:30 until 15:00 (closed on Saturday). Dinner is served daily from 18:00 until 21:30, and on Sunday from 17:00 until 20:00.
