security parking, shuttle to airport for free, rooms are pretty small, but clean, very nice bathroom
only one thing - heating (just from AC) stopped working during the night and it was really cold when we woke up in the morning..

Exceptional guest service by front desk team! Smiling faces, eager to assist! During checkin, I asked for movie listings/times,and the young man called me within 10 minutes with the current information...(no snide comment that wireless was available for me!) I asked one of the young ladies for their favourite Amsterdam restaurant, as we wanted authentic food..she suggested an amazing place and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience! My room was connected to my son's, and I mistakenly left the inner door unlocked. I placed the "do not disturb, no maid service needed"sign on my door knob... However, while we were gone, your staff came into my sons room, to provide normal housekeeping services, but then also, entered my room without my permission! (thru the unlocked connecting door). I consider this to be an invasion of my privacy, and extremely disrespectful! Why would your staff need to be in my room,

I get best price booked through Hotels.nl (almost 50% less) compared to published rate shown in the hotel. The room is much much better compared to Holiday Inn (4 star) in Hasselt Belgium
10-15 minutes walk to the centrum and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station.

“Fantastic staff!”

Stayed there seven days. The staff was absolutely excellent. They could not have been more helpful with my group of up to 16 with different reservations, different daily requirements, etc. Never once were we treated other than with the greatest respect. They also recommended a great restaurant only minutes from the hotel.
The only minus would be the 7.50 E charge each day to return to the airport. The shuttle is going back to the airport anyway - why should there be a charge? That is a HUGE negative if you are with a group! There is a 10 Euro per night charge to park your car, certainly cheaper than taking the shuttle into the airport if you are with a group.

“perfect for brief stay after a late arrival/before an early departure”

this is an unusually good hotel for an "airport" hotel. the hotel had everything one would look for in a short stay before departing on an early flight: a clean though compact room, good internet connection, a hot shower, courteous staff and a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from schiphol.
i don't know why they charge for the ride from the hotel to the airport.

Clean and neat place, free wireless internet, good breakfast.
Return shuttle service costs E 7.50/- whereas most of the other Hotels near the airport provide free shuttle service -both ways. No safe in the room !
