Very quiet street with lots of good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included.
Service at the front desk was inconsistent.

The staff never smiled - was there a problem? Also it was the town street fair, the biggest in Holland - could they have told us at booking time?

Location was excellent. Almost directly opposite train station with direct transport to Amsterdam Central and Schipol Airport.

Excellent value and location - easy walk from rail/bus station, yet in pedestrianised area & only a short walk from shops, squares and the harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find Hotel - front desk open late - very nice breakfast buffet - room and restaurant very clean
Room too warm - no Air Conditioning - bedding to warm for comfortable sleep - open window helped clear the stuffy air

The bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen, in a hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great central location and near the station, making it easy to find. No taxis etc to get to hotel.
Needs an anti-slip mat in bath.

Nice location, near to train station in the middle of the city.
Quality of bed was poor. Breakfast was poor, no fresh fruits nothing of good quality. Room too small and the price per night too high for this poor quality. I will not go there again.

Both of these are things I would expect for the price that we had paid

Convenient location and good restaurant inside hotel
The room was not pre-heated before our arrival ! Obviously when a room has been booked you turn on the radiator to heat the room before the guests arrive. We had to wait for about 3 hours to have a mild temperzture in our room !
