- The service ok the lobby was excellent. I had a few issues with my room, and I got bumped up to a very nice room - bigger and better than what I paid for. Even with out this, the staff was very friendly
- Well I was going out til approx 00.00 both night. On the hotel they says they close the door at 01.00.. However both night I ended up staying in front the hotel entrance for 15-20min cause Noone came to open the door, even though I rang the door bell and called the listed number.. At the end I was constantly hammering on the windows very hard, until someone let me in... Very very hard was almost afraid to break the glass .. That was quite a bad experience..

“Perfect hotel, super bed and great food ”
- The room was small, but for 2 people absolutely big enough. Great bed, I don t think I ve ever slept as great in a hotel (or at home for that matter) as I ve done there
- I thought the bathroom was a little tiny and I had to reach up to turn on the lights at the sink, being a small person I barely could reach. We were at the ground floor and there were cars parked outside out room (immediately outside the window). People left very early and left the motor running for quite some time so we woke up early too.

- Good food, exceptional service, very helpful staff ( I needed train times and a taxi.) 20 minute walk into a very pleasant town, close to the bus stop if your coming from or going to Heerenveen.
- Plug needed in the wash basin, and maybe a refurbishment its looking old and worn, but good value for what I paid for B B.

- Het hotel gewoon zo goed dat het hopeloos geknoei aan de rotonde me niet weerhoudt er te logeren.

- Birds flying around in the breakfast area. Bird droppings on all surfaces, tables, seats, floors etc. We like birds and know they can sneak in to building but they do need cleaning up after them. The droppings were both new & old, not very hygienic!!
