Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 11:00. The incredibly stylish Ralf Berendsen restaurant offers a luxurious dining experience. Lunch is served here on Wednesday to Friday between 12:00 and 14:00. The chef does his utmost to spoil his guests with culinary delights. Dinner is served at the restaurant on Wednesday to Saturday between 18:30 and 21:30. The restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday and Thirsday. The kitchen and the courtyard are open daily until 21:30. The attractive hotel bar is open from 12:00 until 01:00.

As of May 2017, the hotel has expanded with its Spa Shiseido Institute. The 1350m2 wellness centre offers an indoor swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna with a panoramic view, an infrared sauna, various relaxation areas and a gym "the Gym". You can indulge yourself even more by booking one of the many facial treatments, massages, wraps, manicures, pedicures, etc. available (at an additional charge). The use of wellness facilities is included in the room price. Spa Retreat La Forêt is open to guests aged 18 and above. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the hotel rooms. Swimwear is not permitted in the wellness area.
