Mark Z- Great location, excellent nightlife, in walking distance of most attractions, and easy to find from Leiden Central
- Price per night is high for no breakfast or bike services.

Bob- Updated rooms
- No hot water the whole first day with rude responses when inquired. Was told when and where the buffet breakfast was served, however was never told and no signs existed anywhere which stated the breakfast was not in fact free, but quite expensive, for poor quality food. Most expensive breakfast I have found in leiden in my two weeks in hotels and restaurants. Made one order to room service, it took two hours to receive. I would never return to this hotel.
8.6
Lesbian Andy- Clean, close to central Leiden and the station.
- Small room.

Anonymous- Excellent location, small but nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff
- Checkout at 11am. Towels were a bit smelly, probably left in the laundry too long. I'm sure they would have replaced them if we bothered to ask.

Susanne- The hotel's own restaurant and cafe were excellent - both the food and service. Also very child freindly, which we appreciated.
- There was no place in the toilet to put your toiletries on. A shelf would work.
8.6
Lisa Bahmann- great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff
- room was tiny for a double at 99 Euro

NBS- Great location - close to the train station and to the shopping and walking areas. Good quality for the price.
- The Internet didn't work.

Paul Griffiths-Davies- Perfect location for exploring the centre of Leiden. Very quiet modern room overlooking the street. Aircon is a boon in summer. Excellent breakfast to set you up for the day and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- The street outside looks rundown but doesn't impact on the hotel.
9.2
Pete Forsyth- Very nice, spacious room with comfortable beds, nice shower etc. 5-10 minute walk from train station, 1 block from historic windmill/museum. Bars, restaurants on block are convenient.
- Bars can be noisy at night, however I was there on the night Holland's football team beat Brazil in the World Cup, so it may not have been typical!

Lars Andersson- Close to railway station and the city
- No free internet in the rooms
