“Disappointed about how room was prepared, shower tray very small and needed replacing.Staff does not know a bed has a bottom sheet. Although the girls are swept of their feet, theystill found time for us and being friendly.”

Comfortable well appointed rooms. Very good resteraunt. Also, generouse selection of breakfast offerings. Friendly efficient staff. Scenic outlook and close to the ancient town of Amersfort. Really enjoyed our stay.
Both nights of our stay we were lucky enough to get the last place in the car park. There is also quite a long slope up to the reception. Maybe call ahead if you have special requirements for mobility. On price, note that you will have to add the cost of local taxes and breakfast - neither of which is included in the headline price.

Loved the large, comfortable suite, exceptional buffet breakfast with the ultimate in fresh choices. The room attendants were quick, professional and always had a pleasant attitude. The restaurant and desk personnel were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again
Perhaps more wait staff during dinner may be helpful as I had to attract attention of staff to provide my entourage and myself service. Provide room key access to doors inside the parking garage. Had a hard time reaching the night desk person to let me in when I packed my rental car at 3 15 am and noticed too late that the garage gates were locked as well as the entry doors to the hotel. Having room key to open entry doors would eliminate a locked in situation as mine.

Good size room and nice balcony. Also a king bed was really nice. Good breakfast, but with large travel crowds, choices quickly diminish. Liked location with wooded area and still close. Loved the Terras Stayed at 5 different hotels(2 van Der Valks) on this trip and, this hotel was one of the best. Would definitely stay st this location again.
Room too warm on warner days without Airco. Bed too soft. Shower too small.but liked large bathroom
