“an upgrade with a smile”
- Upon arrival we were granted an upgrade to a nice, spacious and comfortable room. When we asked reception later for a toothbrush, we were offered a free set, rather than having to buy one from their shop.
- The only small minus point was the lack of electricity plugs in the room (for charging and ironing).

- Très bel hôtel bien situé pour visiter la Hollande, les espaces communs sont très spacieux et d une propreté irréprochable, parfum d ambiance discret et agréable dans tout l hôtel. Chambres spacieuses décorées sobrement avec une très belle salle de douche. J ai bien appréciée la salle de sport ainsi que le sauna. Petit-déjeuner royal il ne manquait absolument rien. Le wifi excellent dans les espaces communs.
- Le ménage est fait de façon très superficiel dans les chambres Le tapis dans la chambre devrait être changé Traces noires sur les murs... Pas de wifi dans les chambres.

“A nice clean hotel good facilities, but poor lighting and heating”
- The staff were extremely courteous and polite - reception, restaurant bar
- The lights were do dim that I could hardly see and then, to make matters worse the interior bathroom light stayed on all night. I was freezing cold, too.
