Liege is situated on the river Meuse, approximately 30 kilometres from Maastricht. The airport of Liege is about 13 kilometres away. The vibrant centre with its many shops, cosy restaurants and cafés are just 2 kilometres from the hotel. During your stay in Liege it is fun to climb the 375 steps of the Montagne de Bueren, that runs from the city centre to the citadel. If you love walking and cycling, you are recommended to go to the nearby nature reserve De Hoge Venen and the Meuse valley.

The hotel bar is daily open from 08:00 h. till midnight, perfect for a drink and a bite. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but in the city centre you can enjoy a nice meal or a night out.

Liege is referred to as the 'Burning City', due to its steal and weapon industry. Nowadays Liege is also known for its art. You can for instance visit the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, which displays paintings and statues from the 19th century, among other things. The city also houses a Glas Museum and Weapon Museum.
