The Apple Park Hotel is located close to the historic city centre of Maastricht and its many lively outdoor terraces. There are excellent places to see that display old and modern art, such as the Bonnefantenmuseum. The Sint Pietersberg hill and the marl caves are some of Limburg's unique attractions. Interesting cities such as Aachen in Germany and Liège in Belgium are also nearby.

The entire hotel is decorated with all sorts of unique designer elements, as are the rooms themselves. The rooms are also provided with high speed wireless internet, and extra long beds (2.10 metres). Also, you will discover that this hotel is not called the Apple Park Hotel for no reason: in the lobby you can get a fresh apple as a nice extra service.

“goed hotel, goede service, restaurant management mag beter”

Bij intrek van onze kamer, bleek deze nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Daarna goede service en deze fout goede gemaakt In restaurant bijna 1 uur moeten wachten voordat onze eerste "gang"op tafel kwam. Ter compensatie glas wijn van het huis ontvangen.

“Friendly, helpful receptionist but don't bother upgrading.”

Friendly, helpful staff, who helped us plan a route and printed out a map. Good breakfast.
We upgraded to an excecutive room but the room was not complete. Only one robe, no slippers, no coffee. I was disappointed with the limited amount of tea/coffee supplied (the following morning after complaining). Also, the bottle of water was not replaced - and it was a very hot weekend. There was no water or cold drinks in the excecutive lounge. I wouldn't upgrade again.

“Used to be better ...”

Extremely expensive (\"business\") internet rates; obviously no longer free apples in front of the elevator! Was always great to find fresh apples there when coming back from a tedious working day late in the evening. No longer \"room service\" available? Not even a menu card of Dreamz in the room ...

“A clean modern hotel, on the expensive side, and a long walk to town”

Clean and efficient service Well designed building
A cordless kettle would be nice. It would be good if you could be more generous with the Coffee satchets. (three each would be really good). Information about catching a bus into town would be helpful for those who do not want a taxi.

“Shift handover procedure should be developed”

Location to central Maastricht is good whilstz being out of the central business district
The night/Late shift should ensure that when items are not functional, this should be reported to the day shift. The parking barrier did not work and when I asked the reception in the morning if it was fixed, they did not know of the problem. Thuis caused me some delay as I waited for the technician with the key and methgod to open the barrier.

hotel was fine as was the accomodation and staff were friendly and efficient.
bed cover in room 511 was stained on the under side which gave an unfavourable impression.The Dreamz restaurant was a bit tatty. ( seats were mended with gaffer tape!)

Price, late night bar.
Rooms feel very 80\'s styling. Large car park out side which you have to pay for. I choose this location outside of the city for parking. I feel it is wrong to charge guests when there is ample parking around the hotel. Some of the staff were not very pleasent.
