A delicious champagne breakfast buffet is served from Monday through Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 07:00 until 10:30. The restaurant serves exclusive 3-course set menus. You are welcome to take a seat from 10:00 until 21:30. The bar is open from 10:00 until 02:00. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor terrace.

Great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance
GPS navigation can be confused by the hotel location, you must drive carefully into a pedestrian zone

Good service, nice rooms and super location
Somewhat noisy when having a room at the front. This was expected since the square is used as terrace and the hotel is in the middle of the Maastricht center.

Great location and fantastic service
Room was rather dusty. Stairwell smelled of stale smoke - very unappealing. Please have proper cups rather than paper ones in the room - why have a great coffee machine but horrid things to drink the coffee out of?

“An excellent, comfortable and friendly hotel in a superb location.”

Loved the hotel. Room was excellent, well appointed, clean, had air conditioning and very thoughtful touches like the marvellous range of toiletries, the slippers and the umbrella! I'd stay there just for the black rubber duck alone! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location perfect. A colleague from University College Maastricht and I are organizing a conference next June, and your hotel will be top of our recommended list.
There didn't seem to be any instructions re how to use the coffee machine! I looked at it for quite a while, but then gave up.

“We loved it!”

We arrived on Orange day and the city was quite busy and full of people. The staff at the hotel were so helpful with our bags and parking. We loved our stay and will recommend the hotel to our friends. Great location.
The only negative was at check out. The woman who took care of us had a horrible attitude and seemed rather bothered and annoyed because we wanted to review our bill.
