With many facilities such as a spa with saunas and a hammam, a meditation area, a clean club with a washing machine and a dryer, a kitchen to cook in, free WiFi and free bike hire, you'll have everything at hand! All of which will give your body, mind and spirit a wonderful boost. On top of that, the hostel more than meets today's standards for a green world. And you'll find plenty of nice shops, cafés and restaurants in the immediate surroundings.

The restaurant Serendipity at The Green Elephant Hostel is open throughout the day. You can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet here with fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, freshly squeezed juices and lots of other breakfast items. Do you have a food allergy? No problem! All allergies can be taken into account. A fully equipped kitchen is available to guests wishing to purchase their own ingredients and cook their own meals. And you'll find plenty of nice bistros and restaurants near the hostel for a drink and a bite to eat.

The Green Elephant Hostel is within walking distance of the centre and around the corner from the nearest bus and train station. It's therefore easy to see Maastricht's top sights and attractions. Enjoy great shopping or a nice cup of coffee with a slice of cake at one of the plentiful outdoor cafés. Free bike hire is available at the hostel, making it easy to get from A to B.

Please note that when booking a dormitory or pod, the beds are not made but you will receive a full linen package upon arrival.

It is possible to request a pre-made bed (with all bed linen and towels in place) for a small surcharge of €5 per stay (up to 7 nights).
