Breakfast is served on Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 until 10:30. Bar Twisted, the mysterious hotel bar, is the place to be for establishing contact and relaxing together. Read a newspaper, a good book, or a magazine while enjoying a drink and a bite to eat. The bar menu features surprising drinks in combination with sweet and savoury snacks. Visit Bar Twisted between 4:58 and 6:03 PM for a free glass of wine. They just love to be a bit kooky! “Nice hotel”
- Good breakfast. Good roomservice. Good location.Free wine from 1800 - 1900, and Nice wine too.
- Nice People in the reseption, but sometimes they were a bit stressed and not so flexible as they could have been.

- Quirky interior design, free snacks, friendly staff, gorgeous quad room with plenty of space and even a couch for four
- It was a bit warm and we couldn t open the windows due to loud street noise.

- A stand with An apple a day... offering free apples. Nice Newspaper stand at breakfast. Great Rituals soapy stuff. Good
- The parking cost of 25,- a night is too much and this will definately influence my decision to opt for this hotel next time.

- Good location, pleasant reception area. Free apples,water and mints provided
- Definitely not what I would describe as 4 star. Rooms dated, facilities just ok overpriced for what was received. Having to collect things like ironing boards from reception not a great feature. Bathroom was basic and pictures misleading. Ordered an alarm call as I was attending a wedding this was not provided. Not an appalling hotel but by no means 4 star.

“Whimsical hotel in the centre of town.”
- Different complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lounge throughout the day. The cinema!
- No tea making facilities in room. Toiletries were not replenished automatically on our second day (one had to ask for them at the desk - not very practical when you're standing in the shower!) Noisy cleaning of other rooms in the morning.

- Great location and th complimentary drinks in the lounge were a very nice touch. Decor in the communal areas is very good
- For a Four star hotel I would have expected tea & coffee facilities in the room. The room we were in was very noisy.

“Tasteful designer, relaxing, surroundings, and a glass of red wine...”
- The welcome was good and helpful staff. Complimentary wine and tapas was lovely to have every early evening and the surroundings were tastefully and well designed. Sweets, Ice-cream and fruit to help yourself to, was a bonus. I would return, and recommend the hotel to friends. Perfect breakfast for me too. Best of all, stylish, clean and comfortable.
- Not really a minus point, no bath, just I suppose you need to be aware of that. Shower was fine.

“Prima plek in hartje Maastricht”
- Zeer centraal gelegen in het centrum van Maastricht. Prima hotel, kamer is basis, maar biedt wat nodig is voor een nachtje slapen in een stadscentrum.
- Beetje gehorig, maar niet storend. Keuze in kussens zou prettig zijn. Wie van een groot hard kussen houdt ligt goed.
