Delicious and healthy dishes are served in the hotel's restaurant, Winners, with a wonderful view of the garden and the outdoor swimming pool. The menu is inspired by French/International cuisine, and there is a special children's menu. Weather permitting, it is possible to dine on the outdoor terrace. - Beds, pillows, blankets and bed sheets are not acceptable for four star hotel. Shower and. Sink not cleaned properly. Toilet seat falls on the back of the person

- the shuttle service
- Dogs can enter into the room when breakfasting and if I have a breakfast for 8 dollars I cannot sit in the breakfast room. Concluusion; I am not going to eat in your hotel in Maasstricht when I am back the 12th of july

“Great family and pet-friendly hotel with a pool”
- Great place to bring your family, especially with children and a small dog. Our child enjoyed the small playground, the trees, and our dog enjoyed coming with us for the weekend. The pool is a plus especially with having restaurant pool-side service!
- No return-ride back from the city via the shuttle service provided by the hotel.

- Room is confortable. ONe of the few hotels with access for dog, thank you.
- Breakfast is expensive compared to the buffet at van der valk accross the street

- Nice design and nice rooms en good service.
- The Pool was very very cold. On the internet they descripe it's warm....I could't swim. When I went to ask..they sad they can do nothing. Very shame......you can better get rid of the pool then.

“Poor location for old town”
- Close to motorway connections, and with easy parking, this standard Novotel in the Accor chain is fine for an overnight stop or for visitors to the nearby exhibition halls. Courtesy bus into town is very helpful (but no return provided). Staff are very pleasant.
- Soulless, box-like hotel in an unloved corner of Maastricht. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town through an unpleasant district. It has the feel of a "businessman's hotel" (which it is). Expensive.

“A recommendable hotel for those who prefers a quiet location.”
- The size of the beds, even the extra bed ( sofa bed ) are big enough for two persons.
- Should also provide scheduled pick-up services from the train station.

“poor service: a real disapointment”
- Mini bus service/soccer table for the kids.
- The resturant service was probably the worst experience I have had ever. I had to ask several times for my children to obtain a simple bread roll. After 40 minutes I had to raise my voice just to get the bread roll which was a real disapointment. I felt that the service was inflexible as it seemed to only deal with one table at a time (the whole \"experience took over 2 hours).
