- Hello, I booked a reservation for 2 nights this past Friday night. My husband and I had to leave one night early as I informed the clerk during check in that this would be a possibility, she simply said ok no problem. I noticed my card was charged for 2 nights although we stayed 1 night. I am requesting a reverse charge to my American Express card for the 2nd night.

- I asked for a double bed and we had two separate mattresses so we slept badly for two nights. No information in French very useful especially in the restaurant and yet no staff speaking French in room supply of tea coffee but not chocolate yet there has bagged breakfast so it is possible to put

- Ontbijt is ruim gesorteerd en loopt door tot een fijne tijd voor uitslapers.
- De shuttlebus start vanaf 15 uur. Ook terug is niet geregeld. Dat is een taxi of lopen. De lijnbus kan ik geen wijs uit.

“A gem during an Andre Rieu weekend”
- Very comfortable. Big, spacious rooms. Very helpful reception staff. Good restaurant. Free Shuttle service available - return can be purchased. Local bus service 3 -4 minutes away. Outside of city so away from bustle, but also close to airport so very convenient.We were attending an Andre Rieu concert and shuttles to and from the hotel were organised on those nights for a very reasonable sum.
- If you like to be in the centre of things this is not the hotel for you.

“Very nice 4 star hotel just on outskirts of Maastricht town”
- Very nice four star hotel. Room very large and beds comfortable. Large bathroom and shower good. Had a meal in the bar which was good and reasonable price
- Too far out of town to walk. Taxi around 9 euros to town or a bus does stop on the road near hotel and costs around 3 euro to town.
