convenient, good restaurant, good bar, good location, clean and comfy room
Rude reception staff upon check out. Very unhelpfu. Not a single smile and would not even make eye contact let alone look in my direction during a 10-15 minute discussion. Very rude and disrespectful. I would strongly recommend not using this hotel purely for this reason. No customer should be treated in such manner.

Internet verbinding is slecht/onbetrouwbaar. Ik ben een zakenman en dit was erg irritant!

The hotel staff was great! Location within 5-10 minute walking distance of downtown Middelburg where one can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs.
The rooms are small, but adequate for the price. I found my room on the first floor to be very noisey and lacks enough sound protection, which is most noticible when someone in an adjacent room opens or closes their door. Perhaps a small thing, is their toilet paper is dispensed in tiny square sheets (not rolls). I know, it sounds silly, but you will understand how annoying it is once you experience it. Maybe this is a Dutch thing?

nice staff! tea and coffee making facilities. great hot chocolate! Cheap 60 euro with breakfast! Also breakfast is very nice! Great eggs.
bit outdated restaurant with not to nice finishing. ie paint and wood (spaanplaat)visible. old carpets. beds are a bit .. oldish?!? window of room is broken.

The hotel is easy to reach arriving from the highway and it\'s at walking distance fron your nice country.
It\'s not your fault, but during my stay there was a really high temperature in Holland and in your hotel there is any air conditioning in the rooms.

Location was good with ample parking space (free)
Room was very hot. It has no air condition and it faces very and noisy heavy traffic road and hence we cannot open window. room was a little too small.
