Keith Barclay- Excellent location. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money
- Dont book room 121 - the hotel lift noise will keep you awake all night!!

Ronald and Marian- Restaurant was excellent; food and service of the highest quality although English translation of menu was suspect. The waiter was very attentive however, and would answer any questions and took great care to describe each dish when it arrived. Hotel was very well placed for touring bulbfields and Keukenhoff.
- Reception staff were off-hand. Toiletries in bathroom very limited and they only provided soap if you asked for it at desk, so nothing to wash your hands with when you used bathroom after checking in. Bath was deep and no convenient hand-holds when climbing in and out. Patio, table and chair outside room dirty and unusable.

Erika Söveges- I reserved 2 rooms1 suite and 1 room. The suite was 290 EUR for 2 nights, the room 203. We spent around 800 EUR in 2 days (including dinner). I have 3 Minus points 1.) We had breakfast at 10.00 on Sunday morning. We just had to eat what remained. They did not fill or arrange a bit the food counter (no more croissants, no more small breads, no tomato, no cheese, no bacon, all these were finished. We waited 15 minutes to get some hot water for our tea, there was nobody around to be able to get an espresso to us. 2) On friday evening we had dinner at the hotel. The food was OK, the service only seemed to be luxurious. But the nappe was not clean on the table (there were 3-4 big brown spots, about 3-4 cm diameter), the drinking water bottle served at the table contained some pieces of sthg (like the sand). We payed 230 EUR for 4 persons (4 menus+1 bottle of wine) 3.) The bed is a bit outdated, the mattress is old (it had no springs, because some of springs were broken) with hole in the middle. We tried to turn it, but it did not help.So we had to sleep on the ground on the second night, because we both had back pain. I would propose to change them for a little bit 4.) There is no soap in the bathroom to wash the hands (there were only 2 small shower gels+ 2 small shampoos, to one single use). I propose to put some small hotel soaps, to be able to wash the hands properly after using the toilet

J.O. Bender- in our room we could not open a window for fresh air in the night, only a balconydoor, which we did not think safe in the night, a smaal window to open would be nice

john- good sized rooms
- location too isolated and missleading description of distance to town in the blurb

L. Edwards- Great Food- Friendly staff- we were only staying for 1 night en-route from Denmark - and it was the best overnight stay I have ever made !
- Would have been nice if the breakfast could have been served earlier- but as we left just after 6am,I suppose we are being choosy !
