The renowned 4-star hotel Hogerhuys lies behind the boulevard, on top of a dune. The beach is within walking distance. The quiet location and magnificent views over the sea, coast and the beach resort Noordwijk aan Zee are some pluses of this hotel, as well as the friendly staff and good service.

Room size, cheap room furniture, Balcony has only 2 cheap plastic chairs no chaise no decoration, storage shelfs in bathroom are to small, only suitable for short stay. Price on the high side

Michelin guide restaurant, lovely staff, stylish and cosy decoration with candles and flowers in public area. In Noordwijk an Zee: very nice luxury summer house village athmosphere with the neverending beach. Everything is calm, fresh and relaxing.

The Hotel is run like a family business and therefore the Staff are very welcoming. hotel is very clean and tidy. Food is very good. As I travelled during winter it was very nice to sit in the lounge bar by the fire. I don't normally add reviews but this hotel is very worthy of one. Will definetly stay again.
Steep steps up to the rooms. Not sure if they have a lift.

Having a parkinggarage; a terrace; a balcony; modern very efficient room. Excellent breakfast
It would be good to mention that - for older people - it is quite a climb back to the hotel after parking in the garage

“Convenient for beach & conference, comfortable & very very clean”

My room was small and perfectly formed for one person. Little balcony much appreciated. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - so many choices and so delicious. The beach was a 5 minute walk away & buses to conference centre were 2 minutes away. V pleased.

nice and quiet location in residential area; 5min walking distance to central village & beach; very good breakfast; nice & friendly personnel; clearly a place to go again
internet connection is not perfect: only via KPN hotspot or via some free wireless signals captured from the neighborhood.
