“Very big Hotel outside of Nordwijk an zee. Shuttle until 7. You need taxi to return, unless bike or car. We were charged € 25,-. Hotel nice for wellness, sport, workout, gym, swim.”
- There is a shuttle. Breakfast. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Wellness area.
- Hotel bit far. We paid too much. The room had no Air-condition. It was hot. Windows could be clean

- The free saunas were amazing! I appreciated the reservation system that limited the # of people too.

“AC is insufficient”
- Not sure what is given as distance to beach, but you can 39 t walk it. The 2 pics give impression hotel is right by the beach. Those pics are Noordwijk beach pics (10 min. away by car). The hotel is huge, so our room had a 4th floor view of a concret patio and another wing of the hotel. In other words no view at all. We paid a special Hotels.nl price. It is a nice hotel. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Lots of Parking space (free). WiFi is slow, but free. TV remote does not have Input Source, could not hook laptop 39 s HDMI up. Reception gave me an original remote (nice)
- The AC is set to an unknown preset temp. You can adjust it or - 3 degrees (Celcius) in 0.5 degree increment. You can manually set the fan to 3 speeds or Auto. Cool air comes from the vent. However, it is completely insufficient to cool the room. We got the afternoon and evening sun, so we closed the sun-proof drapes at noon, but it still got very hot in the room, though only 26 or 27 degrees (C) outside. At night we opened the window AND ran the AC and that cooled the room. If it had been hot during the night, we would have left. Needs to be updated. It is not what we are used to in hotels

- The friendliness of the staff. Had trouble getting my wifi and the gentleman went out of his way to assist me (english speaking assistance of helpdesk got involved. Impressive, job well done. Got free coffee served for the two of us at the coffee bar once they heard of our anniversary. Lovely thought and much appreciated.Friendly staff at all times Gods blessings and regards, hopefully till next time..

- Location, space, facilities Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en bereid tot helpen, zelf bij toestroom van honderden gestrande reizigers van Schiphol
- stofzuigen onder de radiatoren, dekbed te kort, ik ben zelf 2 meter. Het luchtverversing systeem maakt de lucht te droog en het is snel te warm op de kamer.

And this was the noise of crying shouting laughing children who also towed the chairs We looked forward for a swim, but due the school swim program, we had no chance before 5pm this was unfortunately not mentioned on your

“Very hot and well established spiders in every window”
- Price
- No air con and on hot days its hot. Asked reception for a fan which they replied they didn t have and to open a window. I explained that I would open the windows and did but was a little bothered about the size of the spiders in every window opening. Look like they ve been there a long time. No kettle or drink msking in room but a vending machine in reception. Stayed 1 of my 7 nights and moved on.
