Oostkapelle lies on the northwest coast of the Walcheren region, by the sea. A real family seaside resort: with a child-friendly sandy beach and pavilions, kids' facilities and a pleasant centre. The actual village itself lies 2 kilometres inland, and is surrounded by two nature reserves. The beautiful beach of Oostkapelle has been awarded the international Blue Flag.

You can enjoy endless walks on the beach throughout the year in Walcheren. Other activities, such as swimming, surfing, cycling, walking and horseback riding, are also possible. It's easy to combine a stay in Strandhotel Bos en Duin with a trip to cities such as Middelburg, Veere, Zierikzee, the historical Belgian city of Bruges, or Vlissingen with its beautiful promenade and cosy outdoor cafés.

the hotel is quiet, his situation is so nice. wood, beach... Everybody in the hotel was extremely nice.

Very nice hotel with professional service. For sure the strong point is location - just 5 minutes walking from the beach. Very comfortable and clean rooms. If they will have free rooms next year I will definately stay there again.
