great weekend away in Holland Great Hotel.

Chose this Hotel for its location which suited us to a T, as always in Holland the staff were friendly and helpful, Rooms were newly refurbished with Excellent facilities. For those travelling by train station is only 5 minutes away by car Taxi.

some work going on in the hotel, which we didn t know about beforehand but it didn t detract from an otherwise great trip to Holland.

the location, direct to the water..a lot of birds. loved the view. Price wise.. booked at hotels.nl about 60 for a basic 2 person room included breakfast. enough variety in the breakfast. nice staff.Badroom was clean. And.. a normal 2 person boxspring instead of 2 separate beds. a lot of lounge spaces in the hotel,overall.good vibe

negative is a big word..would be nice if there would be cabinetdrawers next to the bed would be a bit less dusty. And some more variety in o beers, like a Radler would be big plus to me.

I had to pay before I even saw the room , and I had room no 1 . In the morning noisy people walked true corridor .

Poor quality breakfast. Allt the cheese were dry,discolered. The yoghurt were out of date. Very disappointed..

The sixth time we have stayed here. Great location, great staff, a taste of real Holland in an international hotel.

A little quiet if you are looking for excitement, but then you should be in Amsterdam.

One bad visit in 25 years

The new eating menu on the terrace is good and the restaurant staff are very friendly and willing.

We have been visiting this hotel regularly for 25 years ever since it was the Postiljon Nulde Putten. This time they attempted to put us in a sub-standard room with a pull off the wall bed, half built wardrobes and a bathroom with tiles that we remember from two decades ago. We found it hurtful and insulting. They moved us when we complained. Not good enough.

Good value for money but beware of midges.

There were too many midges, including in the room. We had to kill about 15 before we went to sleep, They also stopped us from having an enjoyable walk outside along the waters edge.

Budget lakeside luxury!

I absolutely loved my time there, ideal location, friendly staff, great Breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. Location on edge of Lake is fantastic, the weather during our stay was also fantastic. I will be back!

Very hot weather, may have been better if room was air conditioned, but the fan provided gave enough comfort for a good nights sleep.

Since we had a late arrival, we still could get served small snack from the Bar, which was very nice from the Staff, however the kitchen was already closed. Beautiful enviroment, because of the lake next to the Hotel.

Despite my confirmation stating my credit card would be debited on arrival, it was debited uopn booking.

Het hotel zag er erg netjes uit. En het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Helaas was het verschil tussen een standaard kamer en een luxe kamer erg groot. Het bed in onze kamer was niet erg comfortabel, de veren in het matras waren erg voelbaar.

although old, the rooms are in excellent condition , tidy and clean. the lobby and restaurant have been refurbished and are fabulous. there is a great lounge-bar area.

The staff were very friendly and went that extra mile to assist - they did make our stay for us.

The only minus point I had, which might possibly stop me from booking again, was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. I stay in hotels across Europe regularly as part of my Job and have never stayed in a hotel where there are no facilities. The only other small point was that the refurbishments that you are having done, whilst I understand are necessary probably did not need to start at 7am with the power tools! Its a good job we were on a working break and not on holiday.
