- Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and smart, plus in a good location. Very good breakfast selection. Easy reach of public transport (metro /tram)to travel into city (cheap, quick & easy), no need to use car. For sure we will stay here again, well worth it.

“Great hotel with nice staff and all new updated rooms”
- Got a great price on the internet for 2 rooms at the weekend 53 euros 2 nights(city break 2pp 119 euros) and guys at hotels n.l were great when the hotel realised they had put the wrong price on the internet. The hotel kept the deal which was great after hotels n.l spoke to them, I would book again with Hotel N.L very helpful. The room was big and very nice and clean with fantastic views across the city. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and reception got all the cabs we needed quickly, the car park is free which helps. The hotel bar and resturant looks like it has been updated recently which was nice. Breakfast was a very good buffet but if I was paying 18.5 euros I would have to think twice get include in the room deal. Would stay here again if coming to Rotterdam on the 2pp internet deal.
- too far from the city center and taxis cost 25 euros for the trip both ways. Small beer in the bar was 4 euros which was too expensive. Breakfast is too expensive if not with the room rate.
