- Location, clean, breakfast
- Doors would close 10pm and you need to use an intercom to be able to go inside I ve never been to a hotel who closes its main door like that and sooo early at night

- soap in the dispenser of the shower was absolutely not sufficient to wash hair and body. Every day the dispenser was refilled only with a few amount of soap. In my room plastic glasses and dirty mug were not replaced after use.

- Choice of breakfast is not so wide, but still, it's ok.

- Great pillows, great breakfast, nice extra's like football table and bikes
- It wasn't a big deal but there wasn't any shampoo or lotion in the bathroom.

- Clever use of space, excellent location, friendly helpful staff, a comprehensive choice at breakfast and silent air conditioning set at a comfortable temperature - this hotel ticked all the boxes.

“A good place to stay but uninspiring.”
- It's very close to the central station and the staff are really nice - very helpful and know their city well.
- The breakfast is very basic and would be so much better if they for instance had some fresh bread instead of what is on offer, the Dutch are good bakers so that should be easy. We found the pillows hard and unpleasant- both the "soft" one and the firm one.

- Air conditioning got problems in lower floors and housekeeping should use cleaner stuff for the room apart from the same stuff they use for cleaning the wc.

- The reception help me to resolve a problem amicably. Special mention to Claudia. The bathroom was better than expected.

“Conveniently Located, Clean Room and Free Wifi”
- The staff were very friendly and helpful. They never hesitated when I asked for help. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of bread from toast to croissant and baguette. There were fruits, yoghurt, ham and cheese too. Free wifi was available in room and lounge, making it very convenient. Room was roomy, clean and new. Well-rested on all four nights.
- The tea and sugar were not replenished during house keeping. I guess you have to call to get them.
