You can take a seat at the bar in the Savoy LOCAL or in the hotel lounge for a cup of coffee, a tasty lunch and a variety of snacks.

“Zeer aangenaam verblijf ”
- Alles klopt bij dit hotel. De ontvangst, de gratis borrel met bitterballen, het ontbijt (zeer uitgebreid en met veel lokale producten), de kamer, badkamer en het bed. En last but not least, het personeel. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam Daarnaast een perfecte ligging, op enkele minuten van (o.a.) de Coolsingel en de markthal. Hier gaan we nog regelmatig terugkeren.

- Goed en vriendelijk personeel.
- Had aangegeven een ligbad te willen. Hier kon niet aan voldaan worden.

“Lekker even eruit.”
- Bij ontvangst prima informatie gekregen m.b.t. onze vragen. Echt een prettige binnenkomer.
- Bij het betreden van de kamer hing er een rioollucht. We hebben de deur van de badkamer dicht gehouden en omdat we enkel op de kamer sliepen hebben we er geen last van gehad. Na douchen de volgende ochtend bleek de lucht verdwenen.

- Really nice helpful staff
- The room was filthy - the carpet was black with dirt, and there were stains on the bedsheets. Disgusting. The parking is a public car park over the street where you have to pay 20 Euro!

- Staff was very polite and very responsive. The room was a great value, and location was pretty nice as well, close to shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to Rotterdam Centraal.

“Very nice city hotel with a touch too business like an less charme”
- professional process, reception desk very friendly people, even though very business like. - room clean and enough space for two - good condition for a city hotel - heating/air conditioning worked proberly
- - not a warm athmosphere - the lights in the hotel room were very low --> could not even put my lences into the eye without daylight - bed was for our behalf a bit too soft (harder would be better for the back)

- Room and breakfast both excellent and the staff absolutely first rate.
- Lifts are the open door type - which always strike me as a little disconcerting. When we visited the roadworks meant the taxi from Rotterdam Centraal had to go a long way round to get there.
