In the heart of Rotterdam is the so-called B-Tower. Here you will not find your average hotel rooms, but luxury penthouses, apartments and studios. Each apartment features an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The white, minimalist interior was designed by architect Wiel Arets. The spaciousness comes into its own even better due to the phenomenal view over the imposing Rotterdam, partly thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Due to the luxury and space, Urban Residences is of course perfect for a (romantic) city trip, but also very suitable for a longer (business) stay.

The minimum age to stay at Urban Residences is 25 years (excluding parents traveling with children). A security deposit is also required upon check-in.

Private parking is possible without reservation (€27.50 per day).

In the immediate vicinity of your accommodation you will find a very wide range of (lunch) cafes, restaurants and bars. For example, walk to the architecturally very interesting Markthal, the Witte de Withstraat or De Meent.

You have access to a luxury kitchen in your apartment, so preparing a meal and dining with a view over the beautiful Rotterdam with its metropolitan allure is also a very attractive scenario.

If you step outside the door, you can walk straight into the well-known shopping area of ​​Rotterdam: De Beurstraverse, also popularly known as De Koopgoot.
