I was here before. The only problem was, road work outside with heavy equipment.interrupted my sleep several times.

We all loved this hotel! Friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. An added plus is that children under 16 stay for free. A good base point if one is travelling around by car in the area.

Location is very convenient
I was disappointed in your renovation of bar and restaurant - it feels very impersonal and the service was less than attentive.
In addition, I was unable to access my office computer through "gotomypc" because your computer was set up to block this the temporary download. In the past when I stayed at this hotel it was never a problem. Next time I travel to your area, I will go to a hotel which allows this simple convenience.

Easy access and parking, good location. nice reception and dinning area. Pleasant staff who always tried to be friendly and helpful. Rooms- beds and bathroom comfortable/clean/warm. Spacious enough for a family of four very good value. Nice enough buffet breakfast kept everyone happy.
On arrival we had to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was late which was expensive for what we ate and was probably the most revolting food we have all had. We were miss informed by two members of staff which lead to great inconvinience so always triple check yourself.

Nice hotel. I have stayed here many times. Comfortable room very friendly staff and good breakfast. If you have a car it has a large free car park and well situated.
If you dont have a car its a little remote and 10 mins walk from the tram/train/bus. No alternate pub or eating places close by. Evening menu is a little limited and not that great. Internet can work out expensive.

Food in hotel restaurant reasonable with a varied if limited menu. Staff extremely helpful and friendly from the chambermaids to restaurant/bar staff and desk staff.
not good if you haven't got a car with you. Very limited nearby restaurants and these were 10 mins walk away

Friendly, caring staff. Room promptly serviced. Restaurant menu and food very good. Gardens pleasant. V. convenient for our needs. Price very reasonable. Looked cared for and well maintained.
Guests were allowed to smoke in restaurant. Poor hygiene resulted. There should be NO smoking anywhere near food. Hotel smelt of stale tobacco throughout.
