“Great stay”

Nice large bed, room darkening shade so can sleep after an early morning arrival from an overnight flight
using the toilet facilities in the room can be embarrassing when someone else is in the room.

“Too much unreliable technology”

Helpful staff
I tried to check in to my flight using the hotel s computer but as happened last year when I stayed there,the computer would not print. A young lady was kind enough to use her computer in the office. The room no 441 keypad was faulty it read please wait .It did operate the TV but nothing else. ie blinds, lights, alarm call etc.

“Room electronics didn t work at all”

friendly staff and location
The room electronics stopped working turning the whole room into madness, tv went on, blinders opened and shut, light went on, display showed restart - please wait . Happened three times in the middle of the night, after the the third time and three attempts by receprion to restart my room they just gave up and came up and pulled out all plugs and cables. I got at most two hours of sleep and had to be up at 4am again.

“Unique and conveniently located”

CitizenM s space-efficient design was unique and refreshing. The modern, futuristic style was both fun and green-friendly every inch of available space is optimized in the cool hotel room.
The toilet and shower cocoons are novel, but the translucent sliding doors don t give enough privacy when there are two guests in a room.

didn t realize that the cost for the room did not include 6 city tax hidden costs were surprising and disappointing hotel food expensive shower not very private

Service was super. Location was great.
Internet connection worked so slow in the evening nights that using it was no point.

quirky, innovative, exciting, relaxing! Made an exhausting transit night in Schiphol into something fun!
not very well signposted from the Arrivals terminal. In fact I didnt see any signs.

The Hotel very close to Airport,only take 3 minutes walk,very clean and modern the view to Airport was good .The staff is very friendly.
There is no ketle to boil water,no coffee or tea.
